Description of Service
Keel is a personal health intelligence application that helps users track their health, journal their wellbeing, manage medications, and communicate with an AI health companion. Keel is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical care.
Medical Disclaimer
Keel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in Keel should be construed as medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical questions. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use Keel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your Content
You own all health data and content you enter into Keel. By using Keel, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your health data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Keel for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to submit false or misleading information.
Subscription and Billing
Keel may offer paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
Keel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
